Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Surprisingly Large

    I got this as a neat useful decoration for my room. Previously I just had a hanging bag that was just there in the room. It was a bit of an eyesore, so I bought this! It was surprisingly larger than I expected.

    This is an amazing and aesthetically pleasing cart! It has so many compartments, nooks and crannies. I have a home business with a ton of tools and materials that I always need more organization. This cart is on 5 larger casters and scoots around to help me at my workbench and then at the packing station with shipping supplies. We add candy to each order so that’s why the top draw is full of it, so helpful! I love how it pops out with the fun little side spot as shown in the video - you just press that spot and the draw spins out entirely so you can reach 100% of the inside.The only think I don’t totally adore is the color - it’s more more of an orange brown - the photo makes it look a good bit more orange (which is what I was hoping for) but in reality it’s very close to the color of my older hardwood floors as you can see in some of my photos. Not terrible but not my favorite color.Overall though, I love it! Such a fun, creative take on the standard utility cart!

    Solid!

    These are definitely solid and heavy- not at all cheap. I went with the large size in order to accommodate all of my glass types. They were packaged individually and carefully to ensure no scratches. My only concern is that there's nothing on the bottom to prevent sliding or scuffing. My dining room table is a relatively smooth finish, so I'm hoping these don't rub or slide around. Overall though, these would make a really nice housewarming gift because like I said - they're solid! :)
